Job Description : 

- Expand the customer portfolio to meet the company's strategic growth targets

- Develop and execute new approaches and opportunities for expanding the customer base

- Successful experience in positioning and selling complex software development services using Microsoft Stack in the areas of ASP.NET, C#, SSRA/SSAS, Power BI, Sharepoint, CRM, MS Dynamics 365, Azure Cloud Solutions Development, SaaS Platforms, Enterprise Mobility, Big Data and UI/UX

- Explore and Target new accounts and create opportunities in Software Development

- Lead the client acquisition process and work closely with the marketing and delivery organisations to drive the RFI/RFP process

- Achieve and exceed sales quotas

- Territory Management

- Monthly reporting and CRM updating

- Will uphold the company image and business standards

Desired Candidate profile

- Will have a minimum of 8+ years of selling IT Consulting Services and Technical Solutions to businesses

- Experience with Software Product Companies and Mid-size enterprises in the US Market

- Solid knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws

- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation

- Demonstrate a high degree of personal and professional integrity

- Good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

- Ability to work independently or as a part of a team and must be self-motivated

- Detail oriented, ability to adapt to changing environment

- Experience with interacting with clients in the US

Job Functions :
