Position Description:

Our Digital Technologies enabled Commerce Transformation business is looking to hire high performing Sales cum BU Head for Application/IT Services business, who can manage the P&L of the BU & help us acquire new logos in the Corporate and Enterprise space globally on all verticals/sectors.

The ideal addition to our Leadership team will be an experienced sales professional who can generate opportunities, create pipeline, and most importantly close business. He will also be responsible for ensuring customer success for our existing global customers.

You will be supported by a highly experienced and dedicated team throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Profit and Loss for the Software Services business.

- Driving lead generation through our existing lead generation team

- Generating new client business, closing sales, and growing accounts to meet order booking, revenue, and margin goals.

- Achieving predefined sales goals in order to achieve personal success and contribute to company's yearly revenue goals.

- Developing new client leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline with high conversion rates.

- Promoting Infinity Labs and Its services in the industry and seeking client accounts that best fit with our services.

- Participating in all internal sales meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and provide optimal progress updates to the sales team and management.

- Attending seminars, conferences and meetings focused on building new business and maximizing revenue of clients.

- Documenting of all sales activities in the company CRM system.

- Drive research, identify, and tenaciously generate new opportunities on a weekly basis via the phone and web.

- Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline.

- Strategically target accounts globally to close new business and grow existing accounts.

- Skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices

- Comfortably sell to VP & C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs

Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferred.

- 15+ years of total experience with 10-15 years of selling Application Services

- 5 years of selling Digital Transformation Services/Staff Augmentation/ODCs/GIC's

- Prior experience in the in the Private sector in India, MEA, US & Europe is mandatory.

- Adept and experienced selling to C-Level customers

- Proven ability to prospect, create pipeline, and close deals.
