Sales Head
- Our client is a platform focusing on background screening, data authentication and KYC solutions. Their main focus is protecting their clients from financial, reputational and security risks.
- Founded in 2014, our client is headquartered in Noida. Their clientele includes Truecaller, Uber, Apollo Hospitals, Flipkart, Swiggy, etc. They focus across various industries such as Delivery & Logistics, Airports, Staffing & Placement, Healthcare, FinTech and Insurance, etc.
- As a Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the entire spectrum of sales and contributing towards the increase in business.
What you will do :
- Overseeing the entire sales division by managing, guiding and leading the sales team towards achieving/ exceeding the business goals
- Being responsible for the performance of the sales team and also ensuring that they are guided towards the right direction
- Managing the entire B2B sales cycle, end-to-end, from lead generation till deal closure, including the operational activities involved in the same
- Handling any client concerns/ escalations, in a professional and timely manner
- Forecasting the future and strategically defining sales roadmap and presenting the same to the management, along with recommendations of implementation steps
- Researching, studying and analyzing the current trends and best practices in the market and industry as a whole and reporting the insights to the management in regular intervals
- Working in coordination with various stakeholders such as internal divisions as well as external vendors/ professional sources
- Maintaining an updated and accurate database of various sales-related details such as sales figures, budget, requirements, etc. and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Graduation is a must. MBA is highly desirable
- Relevant work experience of 3 years in hardcore sales (B2B SAAS) or work in sales in a Recruitment/ Staffing firm
- Prior work experience of overseeing and leading a team is a must
- Outstanding communication, strategic, interpersonal, team-handling and negotiation skills
- High ownership and self-motivated
