Head - Sales (India / South Asia)

Job Description :-

- Leading sales team for product and services in India.

- Setting-up and executing a sales & marketing activity plan.

- Analyzing customer needs, advising customers and answering their questions, in order to achieve the commercial objectives.

- Following up the sales proposals and activities of his team and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales forecast.

- Defining a definite sales strategy and objectives, in order to set the direction that the sales business will take
Coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.

- As head of a sales team be responsible for carrying out the plan, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term.

Candidate Requirements :-

- The product/services offer being technical, the job demands a combination of technical & solution sales experience and / or Business Process Management Services Sales experience.

- Minimum of 10-12 years experience in a sales role Broadcast / TV Client relationships will be key

- A successful track record of delivering sales in line with budgets within a Senior Sales role.

- High degree of comfort with technology and prior experience in selling IT/ITES products is preferable

- Excellent strong organizational, time management, negotiation, communication skill

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- MBA degree from a premier institution

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Prior expertise in selling within Broadcast Playout or such services will be a plus

- Candidates who have an experience in selling product to broadcasters is must
