Role- India Sales Head- IT Products
Reporting to- CEO- India
Location- Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Head sales and business development activities for the company in India
- Responsible for Maximizing Revenue, Managing Sales Activities and marketing
- Driving the sales along with the team, assisting team in achieving more big deals closure faster with right solution
- Engaged in team management; conducting daily review meeting, weekly review meeting, and monthly review meeting
- Prepared the competitive approach towards - Go-to-Market Attitude- to achieve the market share
- CXO level interaction through sales presentation for generating new sales on focused accounts and grow the region
- To formulate sales strategy and reach out to the unexplored market segments for business expansion
- Analysing market trends and tracking competitors activities and provide valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.
Candidate Background:
- 15-20 years of experience in sales and business development in IT/ ITeS/ Product companies
- Highly motivated and driven sales professional
- Should have achieved targets of atleast 20 cr
