Job Purpose: Head of Sales responsibilities include developing short and long-term key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve financial targets. Sales director duties will include meeting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. This role specifically focuses on generating business from New Customer Accounts. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Sells products and services and develops new account relationships India and South East Asia - Initiates contact with prospective customers to sell targeted products and services - Solicits and maintains network of prospects. - Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base - Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets and competitive intelligence - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives - Effectively communicate the value proposition through product demos, presentations and business proposals - Understand BFSI specific landscapes and market trends - Negotiates, structures and closes deals that meet customer expectations and ability to deliver; utilizes appropriate company resources per the plan to provide product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise - Create and manage a partner network to effectively drive the sales - Effectively manage a team of Sales &amp; Marketing Managers - Other related duties assigned as needed Skills and Competencies: - General knowledge of financial software, core banking applications, payment solutions technology including systems, applications and banking practices - Requires expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal - Requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills - Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements - Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure - Ability to show established track record of involvement in BFSI industry trade groups and regional events - Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients and public - Excellent people management skills Educational Qualifications: - Masters or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (MBA) Required Experience: - +15 Years
