Scrabble is hiring "Head of Sales" for a unique cross border market & Tech service accelerator platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nurturing and building relationships with CXO's in Digital native businesses.

2. Having complete ownership of Growth & Revenue.

3. Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maximizing retention.

4. Developing & maintaining sales strategies to smoothen internal collaboration.

5. Build a high-performing sales team, lead and manage the team to ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets and performance standards

6. Drive and monitor continuous improvement in service levels, while driving the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Looking for an individual who is:

1. A Dynamic hustler and self-starter who thrives in taking and executing new initiatives. A first principal thinker

2. Able to work independently & effectively collaborate as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid changing environment.

3. Experienced in consultative sales

4. Someone who can quickly build rapport with potential customers with a smile on their face - we are client-facing on an everyday basis. Sophisticated, should have the flair of meeting successful people & dealing with CXOs

5. Exceptional storyteller; great at holding people's attention. who does not go by the book

6. Constantly focused on building problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.

7. Hungry, self-starter, independent, intelligent, opinionated, hardworking, etc.

8. Evolving in nature, Insanely curious, reads and asks a lot of questions, has a great attention to detail and looking for something to prove.

9. An experience of SAAS platform would be commendable
