Head - Sales - IT

About the Position :

A self-driven, motivated, financially oriented, sales & marketing professional to run sales and marketing operation from Bangalore. This person will be responsible for managing and scaling up a fast-paced, high growth sales and marketing engine that can achieve new levels of success in the dynamic IT services landscape. This person will be Responsibilities include building up sustaining profitable businesses in established industry domains such as high-tech, logistics & transportation, manufacturing, and healthcare, as well as selling cutting edge solutions in AI/ML, IoT, Mobility, and Cloud.

Experience :

- More than 20 years of experience in an IT services organization serving US market.

- Minimum 10 years- experience in managing sales teams and preferably marketing teams.

- Practical international experience in the Software/Software Consulting sector.

- A strong, proven, track record of customer interaction and organizational skills.

- A Bachelor's degree with MBA in Sales and Marketing
