We have an opening with one of the Client based out in Noida.  Designation: Sales Head  Experiences: 15+ yrs  Job Description:  - Creating a strategic road map and setting goals and milestones for Europe sales team.  - Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization.  - Strong understanding of business goals and ability to create an IT strategy to meet those goals.  - Positioning with various industry stakeholders.  - Head the Europe sales business and direct the sales organization to achieve volume objectives.  - Plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.  - Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key stakeholders.  - All customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.  - Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.  - Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries  - Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends achieving market share metrics.  - Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.  - Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.  - Monitor the performance, driving optimum utilization, people and business strategies.  - Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects.  Skill Set Required:  - Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having minimum 15 years of experience in driving/leading sales of Software Products/Solutions  - Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.  - Strong financial / business acumen.  - Experience in managing large and diverse sales teams and managing the country  - Ability to develop relationships at all levels of customer organization.
