- Define 3 to 5years revenue aspirations for geographies (geos) he/she is responsible for, based on a clear understanding of local customer needs, and company strategy.
- Set and achieve annual / quarterly new customer logos, revenue and profitability targets for all geos.
- Define the GTM and pricing strategies for new accounts in the geos; drive focus on named list accounts and open/grow new business through acquisition of strategic logos.
- Interface with Business groups for improving quality of sales through high-value solutions / non-linear tech areas; relay customer feedback back to teams to build relevant domain/technology capabilities.
- Drive customer-centric sales excellence in the geos through systematic planning, recruitment, investments and reviews.
- Identify and implement comprehensive business development and account strategies by leveraging the service offerings.
- Identify/nurture sales opportunities in the geos (through analyst connects, Business Development group/Inside Sales and other leads); and source deals with the support of win room/ other backend teams.
- Support the sales operations for the US/Europe and enable growth of existing and new accounts.
- Interface with Marketing to support brand-building initiatives among potential customers.
- Develop a strong promoter base for comprising of CEO/CIO/CXO level connects across industries.
- Drive growth of high potential/ marquee accounts in the Geos through direct sponsorship and involvement.
- Provide oversight to individual BDM sales targets and incentives - develop plan to increase overall BDM productivity.
- Hire, develop and retain best-in-class sales talent (hunters and farmers).
- Build a strong leadership pipeline in the sales organization.
- Should have good experience of selling in the India market, captives, global customers.
