Core responsibility would be to identify and execute growth opportunities at Botree. He/She will be responsible for Botree Sales - strategy and execution, driving profitable growth and business development. He/She will evaluate market forecast and long-term trends, collect competitive intelligence, drive cross-functional business processes, and maintain business model innovation.
She/He must be a natural leader and needs to groom internal teams to deliver successful outcomes and to take on additional responsibilities.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Drive volume & value growth, Finalize Annual, Quarterly and Monthly targets at National and Regional Level.
- Competition Tracking & Product Mapping
- Demonstrate expertise in development & implementation of promotions plan for sales
- Growing the Business by tapping into FMCG Market and, getting centralized long-term contracts
- Release pricing norms regularly based on the agreed pricing strategy and drive margins
- Building and developing strong business relationships with new and existing channels.
- Evaluating information related to sales, promotions, competition, and market research.
- Managing sales budgets and new implementations. Negotiating sales contracts and marketing strategies.
- Will manage both sales to new prospects (hunting) and cross-sales into existing accounts (farming).
- Expected to manage a team and be responsible for individual + team targets (player coach model).
- Understanding of CPG distribution value chain is important
- Collaborations across sectors/categories
- Cost Saving / Value Addition Initiatives
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in Sales driving B2B IT product/ services and Products/SaaS/
- Minimum 5+ years in a role that involved strategic cycle with ambitious new business growth and expansion of revenue model
- Exceptional B2B sales skills with experience in license/SaaS, IT services and Analytics
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong follow through
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Engineering / MBA from Tier 1 institute preferred but not essential
- Self-starter, proactive, strategic
- Ability to deliver on number commitments
