- Have 10-15 years of experience leading sales efforts in overseas markets (with a focus on North America)
- Experience in the embedded systems / electronics / IoT product development industry
- Want to generate real value for potential clients in their effort to solve real-world challenges.
- Confident enough to interact with CEOs of companies globally
- Eager to be an early part of an exciting new division with unlimited possibilities.
- Can take feedback & criticism positively
- Effective Communication and Presentation Skills

- Track record building a sales pipeline in a new product/new market environment.
- Always on the lookout for modern, cutting-edge sales methods and protocols.
- Able to quickly learn customer trends and pain points based on email responses, feedback from cold-calls etc.
What you'll be doing: (expectations):
- Generate leads and closures.
- Develop and continuously refine scripts for international sales emails & calls.
- Learn and implement best practices related to onboarding, consulting , service offering positioning etc.
- Join/organize weekly team meetings and debriefing sessions
- Help other team members improve with any newfound knowledge
- Understand business and technology scenarios and identify new opportunities.
- Continuously refine the target client/customer profile
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Plan approaches and test different value propositions through client pitches.
- Work with the technical team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns and objectives.
- Work with the content team to develop sales & marketing collateral that improves the business development process.
- Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions on the CRM and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

- Proven ability developing customer acquisition strategies
