We are looking for an IT services background Sales leader with relevant experience in UX Design solutions.

The ideal candidate gets to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, results-driven environment. As the Head of Sales, you will get excellent industry exposure in UX design. This position would also mean an opportunity to work closely with the leaders in the UX design industry.

Reporting to: CEO

You will work on:

- Establishing sales goals using market data, statistics, and trends

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies by working closely with the management to lead global sales

- Working closely with the Leadership Team for inputs necessary to align revenue strategies and further growth

- Keeping a tab on sales trends to improve supply and demand strategies and maximize profits

- Understanding client profiles and UX sales dynamics to effectively navigate through large enterprises and connect with the key decision-makers

- Networking with potential business partners and clients, and fostering great business relationships with key customers and stakeholders

- Working with the internal team members to ensure successful onboarding and implementation for new clients

- Guiding the sales team to help them achieve their targets by supervising client presentations to C-Suite executives including information discovery sessions and proposals

- Engaging with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and producing compelling business cases to meet their needs

- Monitoring proposals and working with the management to close deals

- Driving revenue targets through new customer acquisitions

- Devising and executing new business initiatives by prospecting target customers and promoting UX to generate new leads

- Setting individual goals for teams and inculcating best practices

- Recognizing and rewarding team effort and collaborating with internal teams to get insights for future course of action

- Collaborating with the advertising and marketing teams to improve sales promotions, outreach methods, and campaigns

- Reviewing marketing inadequacies from time to time and tweaking plans accordingly

- Managing sales budgets and providing full visibility into the sales pipeline

- Leveraging CRM data to create, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive the pipeline to meet revenue targets

- Developing and implementing appropriate sales procedures and policies

- Maintaining sales forecasts and reports

- Approving and managing client contracts

- Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees and conducting performance reviews regularly

- Offering strategies for improving team performance and enabling growth opportunities to deserving team members

You will love the role if you have:

- An MBA degree in Marketing/International Business (relevant certification courses would be a plus)

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in core sales including UX concept/solution selling

- A good understanding of the competitive landscape

- Industry exposure and knowledge of UX Design with prior experience in IT/ITes/ Digital Media/Advertising and other service domain-based sales rather than product domain-based sales

- Experience in all or most of the sales market territories like INDIA & US/UK/ EUROPE/EMEA/APAC preferred

- Ability to create innovative sales ideas to grow revenue and profits

- A passion for sales with a drive to close deals

- A good understanding of key profiles within enterprise user experience departments with an ability to tactfully navigate to connect with budget holders

- Experience in successfully selling design and digital solutions to medium to large MNCs in the area of Technology, Enterprise, e-Commerce, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Supply Chain, and other domains

- A problem-solving attitude with an ability to handle criticism gracefully

- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals/targets

- Expertise in Sales, CRM, and marketing automation tools

- Interpersonal skills such as maintaining confidentiality, listening to others, and speaking clearly and persuasively in every situation

- Excellent written communication skills for effective business communication

- The ability to foster team spirit putting the success of the team above individual interests

- Ethics to treat people with respect, honor commitments, inspire trust, work with integrity, and uphold organizational values

- A professional attitude to be able to work well under pressure, accept responsibility for your actions, and handle different situations tactfully

- Have a great understanding of the industry and the challenges it is currently facing

- The ability to effectively leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn

- Excellent time management skills
