Our client is one of the largest internet service provider in India and the third largest wired broadband service provider with over 1.22 million subscribers. They also offer fibre to the home services and digital television services.
They are currently seeking to hire a Sales Head (AGM/DGM) for their Chennai Business. This position will report into Business Head of Tamil Nadu and will be managing a sales team and will be responsible for managing B2C Sales (Retail Sales).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales of the company's products and services
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Allocating areas to sales representatives
- Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
