Job Purpose :

B2B head has the primary role of leading the sales department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals and monitoring performance. The Head of Sales defines and communicates the business's KPIs and targets to junior sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behaviour, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.

Roles and responsibilities for B2B :

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

- Set up sales projections / sales budget. Analyses current sales strategy and suggest solutions for improvement.

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting

- Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency

- Identify most important sales KPIs

- Track and monitor your work

- Prepare and present reports when needed

- Attend sales educational events and seminars

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
