Job Description : - Leading a sales team and formulating targets &amp; incentive plans for the team in line with the organization's operating plans - Responsible for all aspects of sales strategy, planning, and execution - Network in the merchant community to figure out how company can continue to help grow their business - Building and growing the sales team via driving recruitment and training - Managing end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting - Creating a culture of consistent sales process improvement Key Requirements : - Exp : 5-8 years - Relevant B2B sales experience and familiarity with Internet space is preferred - Proven track record of setting and achieving revenue targets along with formulating incentive plans - Prior recruitment, Team management experience of a few years is a must Here's what we are looking for : - Start-up acumen along with strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and get stuff done - Should be great in interacting with clients, peoples person - Top-notch communication and go-getter enthusiasm - Good business judgment, prioritization, focus, and ability to make decisions while working in a highly charged environment
