Role: - Will be responsible for sales integration of all customers of an acquired company with the existing organization seamlessly. - Will work closely with the customers, new organization's sales team, existing regional sales managers and key account managers Technical competencies required: - Years of experience: 15 - 25 years. - Sector experience: Must have extensive exposure and experience in sales in the rigid plastic packaging sector mandatorily. - Must have extensive experience in handling a team of sales persons. - Adept in data analysis and data interpretation with good customer relationships and stakeholder management skills. - Should have product knowledge.
