Opportunity for Sr. Leadership - Head of Sales

- Our client Anviti Insurance Brokers Private Limited is in the process of setting up its Insurance Broking operations in India. Anviti is promoted by Catamaran, the proprietary investment firm of Mr N.R. Narayana Murthy, founder of Infosys Limited. Catamaran has a long-term orientation and intend to build an enduring institution, based on values and excellence, that will achieve market leadership

- Apar Peopleworld is working with Anviti to hire a professional team for them.

- We are currently hiring for their leadership position Head of Sales - Insurance Broking for Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Gurgaon location. We are looking for minimum 15 years with at least 10+ years of experience into selling Insurance Broking services across general insurance products.

S/he should have :

- Strong C-Level & Risk / Insurance management relationships and/or ability to establish trust-based relationships at this level.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, Consultative selling, advising, influencing and negotiation skills

- Solid understanding of the insurance market - in India, and Worldwide.

- IRDAI licentiate certification. Insurance professional qualifications will be an added advantage.

- Preferably from Insurance Industry or regulated Financial Service organizations.
