- Head of Sales leads the department in launching and driving high priority growth targeted initiatives, working directly with the business's leadership, executives, and stakeholders.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and over-achieving the sales & revenue goals.
- Building and implementing a company's customer acquisition strategy.
- Planning and executing revenue growth strategies by using analysis to forecast sales performance.
- Set sales targets, and determine the success of current sales campaigns in order to drive revenue growth.
- Develop talent management processes that in turn helps them to onboard and retain top sales talent to achieves revenue goals for the company.
- Improve the Top line for the business unit of Insurance, builds process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Establish and foster strong partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
- Monitors the marketplace and analyses opportunities and provide competitive analysis.
- Monitors the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth.
- Responsible for farming/hunting new account through his CXO connects/relationship or through Sales/Account Management team.
- Driving insights through detailed pre-sales analysis/proposals and after-sales reports/analysis.
Profile:
- Master's in business, Sales & Marketing or other relevant fields from premier institutes.
- 15+ years of significant experience in sales management, with significant experience in Insurance and Healthcare Industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the US Insurance Industry.
- Experience in RFP Management Process.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales and meet company revenue goals.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Have a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills.
- History of quickly gaining credibility, partnering with business leaders, and exhibiting executive presence.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to champion continuous change and execute with versatility.
- An independent thinker with the drive to propel the growth of the organization.
