Head - Sales - Institutional & HoReCa (10-15 yrs)
Responsible for creating channel-specific strategies and driving implementation to ensure best in class execution across channels in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Drive growth in institutional sales in line with business goals, and improve market share across categories.
- Develop the Institutional and CSD/CPC Strategy and growth plans in line with the business strategy.
- Drive profitability for the channel and deliver on the revenue and share parameters
- Ensure P&L delivery.
- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the institutional and CSD/CPC sales strategy and overall business strategy
- Drive operational efficiency for the institutional channel.
- Negotiate favorable annual contracts with key accounts.
- Gather and leverage competitor best practices and market intelligence on Institutional and CSD/CPC sales strategy.
