- It has a team of doctorates as part of its founding team and have created significant number of Patents for commercialization. Its product are unique in solving customer problems and the key ask for any Sales Head is to identify and create business opportunities for these innovative products.

- Its products have applications across diverse industries where there is need for protection against microbes, dust, heat, moisture etc. It has received excellent response from Durable Industry, Hotels and Hospitals and is just the tip of the iceberg.

Key Result Areas :

1. Drive new Customer Acquisition and depth in existing key accounts to drive exponential growth of business as set out in the budget document.

2. Build strong relationships with key accounts to build adequate entry barriers and thereby ensure sustained and profitable business.

3. Provide Guidance, set & implement SOP of field operations so as to create high performing Sales team passionate to deliver exponential growth sustainably.

4. Gather deep insights into each product segment to identify opportunities, understand stakeholder expectation/problem & pain points, decision making process, developing winning Value proposition to create scalable business and build equity of Nanova as a high Tech start up in customers mind.

5. Create Ecosystem of partners like Channel, applicators and influencers to enable business scale up of after-market opportunities.

Career Plan for this position:

- Should be able to move into a Business Head role incharge of Sales and Marketing with overall responsibility of P&L and future strategic road map of business.
