Core Responsibilities:


Business Growth and Scalability.

1. Be full responsible for leading Sales, BD teams to overachieve organization yearly financial budget.

2. Drive strategic business alliances with customer independently leading towards creation of large business opportunities in mid /long terms.

3. Manage and control all aspects of the country's businesses, ensuring that customer is kept at center of all processes and dealings are ethical and fair.

Market Intelligence.

1. Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.

2. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process and current partnerships.

Credit Management and Cash Flow.

- Must ensure the business is as per organization credit policy to ensure a healthy cash flow and minimize financial risk for the company.

Stakeholder Management.

1. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.

2. Establishing and developing relations business partners, senior management and external partners and stakeholder.

Budget.

1. Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue and gross margins.

2. Manage and sell to major accounts, consultants and Government institutions; where appropriate, assist sales personnel to establish contact with top echelon decision-makers.

3. Formulate and implement sales policies, practices and procedures.

4. Establish and control budgets for sales promotions, marketing initiatives, trade shows, exhibits, sales collaterals and promotional items.

Education and Experience:

1. An engineering degree a must in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation along with management degree from premier college either within India or internationally.

2. Total 20-24 years of work experience, out of which minimum 10 years of work experience of leading organization Sales and BD responsibility.

3. Must have proven track records of driving profitable growth and margin increase within their previous role leading to strong double-digit growth in Ebitda.

4. Have proven track record of working with a muti functional team both directly and indirectly including interface with Operations, Production, Marketing and others
