Head - Sales - HV Switchgear & Power Transformer

- Looking for a Head Sales who will be responsible for Formulation and implementation of business strategy and drive the growth.

- As a Head you will be responsible for C-Suite engagement, Strategy, Partnership and Liasoning with State Electricity Boards, DISCOM's

- Product - HV Switchgear & Power Transformer

- Business Development, Regulatory, Electricity Distribution, Power Sale, Power Trading & Tendering, Grid Management, Proposals and Commercial in Power Sector

- Direct P&L responsibility apart from other role

- Design, develop and implement strategic plans for the organization. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the organization, which includes managing committees and staff selection and deputation. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets

- Develop business plans in collaboration with the board of directors and reports to the CMD on regular basis

- Set the Company's strategic aims, ensure that the necessary financial and human resources are in place for the company to meet its objectives, and review management performance
