- This position is responsible for managing entire Human Resources Function and advising and influencing the business functions on Sales HR related matters. - As the Head - Sales HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's HR strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a positive employee experience. - Your responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of functions, all aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating our valuable sales workforce while keeping sales business objectives in mind. - Work collaboratively with Sales leadership to optimize workforce planning and ensure the HR budget aligns with the financial goals of the organization. - Implement cost-effective talent acquisition and retention strategies. - 9-14 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial or leadership role in Sales HR. - Strong understanding of sales functions and the ability to align HR strategies with financial, people, customer, and process objectives.
