As the Head - Sales HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization's HR strategies, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a positive employee experience.
Your responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of functions, all aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating our valuable sales workforce while keeping sales business objectives in mind.
Areas Key Responsibilities
Financial (Business):
- Work collaboratively with Sales leadership to optimize workforce planning and ensure the HR budget aligns with the financial goals of the organization.
- Implement cost-effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Customer:
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to understand customer focused, business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Develop programs to enhance the employee experience, recognizing the impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process:
- Oversee the implementation of streamlined HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, promoting agility and adaptability.
People:
Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the Sales HR team, fostering collaboration, growth, and a positive work environment.
Performance Evaluation: Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to assess the impact of HR programs on employee performance, engagement, and retention.
Change Management: Lead communication and implementation efforts for any changes to business objectives.
Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers to ensure consistent understanding and application of HR strategies.

Educational Qualifications MBA-HR
Experience (Type & Nature):
- 12-16 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, with at least 2-4 years in a managerial or leadership role in Sales HR
- Strong understanding of sales functions and the ability to align HR strategies with financial, people, customer, and process objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
