The responsibilities encompass a comprehensive range of functions, all aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating our valuable sales workforce while keeping sales business objectives in mind.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with Sales leadership to optimize workforce planning and ensure the HR budget aligns with the financial goals of the organization.
- Implement cost-effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to understand customer-focused business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Develop programs to enhance the employee experience, recognizing the impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee the implementation of streamlined HR processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, promoting agility and adaptability.
- Provide effective leadership to the Sales HR team, fostering collaboration, growth, and a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with HR and Sales leadership to assess the impact of HR programs on employee performance, engagement, and retention
- Lead communication and implementation efforts for any changes to business objectives
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and managers to ensure consistent understanding and application of HR strategies.
