Business Support Sales HR Function which provides support in Hiring, Training, Developing Reward Program,Performance Management & Business Intelligence across all Sales Channels.
Role:
- End to end responsibility for HR Generalist role including helping achievement of top-line& bottom line.
- Formulating & implementing policies, procedures, Manpower Budgeting, Managing Manpower Cost & Overhead cost.
- Hiring, Learning & Development initiatives, Education & Training initiatives - for all business units
- Compensation &Benefit: Developing & implementing Incentive Schemes.
- Performance Management & Change Management.
- Will Deliver on Cost control, Attrition management and productivity enhancement across all distribution channels.
Looking for MBA HR professionals, preferably 2002-2003 batch, who are into Sales HR Function from any industry.
