Our client is a Luxury hotel chain, having been in the industry for over 3 decades.
- The incumbent will be responsible for developing both the short- and long-term customer acquisition strategy looking over the zones assigned
- The individual's primary responsibility will be to grow the volume of customers by generating and converting high-quality leads through its sales funnel, by utilizing an omni-channel approach
- The individual will be expected to collaborate with other functions to develop and implement a joined-up customer acquisition strategy
- This role would require a high-potential leader who will demonstrate the ability to turn around his/her zone
- You will drive the customer acquisition strategy through consultative selling and building new relationships with the CXOs/MDs and, also through nurturing existing customer relationships
- You will be responsible to deliver Budgets and P&L with an expected level of gross margin and grow the top-line of the business exponentially and ensure profitability by managing the cost of acquisition/ cost of servicing and overheads
- Strong pedigree and a B2C sales leader with at least 12+ years of experience, must have a strong understanding of the sales process and strategy in a consumer services and/or direct selling environment
- Possess high energy levels, sense of urgency, crisp and focused communication style and committed to performance management
- Track-record of working with organizations involved in the business direct selling and lead generation and strong commercial acumen having demonstrated direct revenue responsibility
- Good stakeholder management skills having successfully managed seniors, peers, and subordinates alike both internally and externally
