- Strong sales orientation

- Ability to draw up and execute sales strategy

- Sales force management

- Ability to get and grow business from consultants and GPs

- Grow the TPA business

- Draw up strategy and implement for increasing walk ins

- Ability to handle product and pricing

- Ability to on board the right quality and number of consultants

- Designing and executing incentive programs for partners
