Client : High End Luxury Retail Chain   Location : Gurgaon  Position : Sales Head   - The incumbent will manage the sales and business development for the complete set up of a premium segment retail chain in India The incumbent will define the brand sales strategy and sales plan and manage the sale function for the organization.   - Defining and leading the India strategy for the brand, while managing all stakeholders  - Managing local relationships with key strategic partners  - Managing a team of sales and marketing professionals and be responsible for their development  - Become the face of the brand, for the customers through the PR events and campaigns, exhibitions and several marketing initiatives  - Client relationships and driving sales would be a key factor for success.   - The client is looking for someone with the ability of scaling up a business, and liaising with multiple stakeholders.  Network Development :  - Establishing and fostering contacts with decision makers and spokespeople, as well as approaching and  - Advising VIPs and Major customers.  - Ensuring the Brands Sales standards and processes are met.  - Developing concepts for working on the local markets and tapping new markets  - Build a loyal Clientele, leveraging all clienteling tools  - Guide Client Advisors in fortifying client relationships by ensuring that the quality of client data collected by them is up to the standards  - Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve Client repurchase  - Be the voice of the store in the region by understanding business and local market to suggest actions and recommendations  - Identify potential areas of improvement and cultivate a feel for the market trends  Industry : Should have handled High Premium Brands, High end Luxury fashion   Experience : Should have over 10 years of experience in managing premium brands, luxury brands only.   Specialties : Business Development, Channel Development, Sales & Marketing, Relationship Management, Project Management
