Head of Sales: Business Objectives - Lead a growing sales teams of of 60+ incumbents. - Manage overall P&L for sales vertical with focus on growing top-line & bottom-line, achieving monthly targets. - Business expansion: launch and scale new products and initiatives in line with strategic vision of the organisation. - Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, technology and operations) to streamline to enhance operational processes. - Work with product and technology teams to create the required platforms and technology to scale your function People Objectives - Ensure right culture, good discipline, training & learning and help develop sales closure mindset. - Ensure right team is in place through recruitment, on-boarding & mentoring - Empower & engage team members by coaching them on processes, product, systems & soft skills - Enable liaison between sales department and other sales related units - Review and analyse performances against targets and work on outlier management Requirements/ Qualifications : - 8+ years of overall experience with excellent pedigree - IIT / IIM / ISB / Top Global B -schools and 5+ years in financial services - Proven track record of achieving targets - Experience in Tele Sales process is a must - Experience of starting or working in a startup is a plus - Strong analytical skills and must be a self-starter - Ability to wear multiple hats and work across diverse teams to fulfill business objectives - Excellent motivation skills
