Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the pilot for the B2M (Business to Medical) rollout
- Recruiting, building, and leading a sales team - driving recruitment, training and mentoring of team members to ensure individual growth in addition to growth of the business vertical
- Generate leads and qualify sales opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients, provide product demonstrations and convey the value of the product to doctors and build sales funnel.
- Managing P&L and assume responsibilities for planning, execution and operations to meet targets on time and in budget
- Follow up with prospective clinics/nursing homes; responsible for driving patient engagement
- Managing the team for end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting with private healthcare providers.
To ensure that he/she leads from the front by being actively present in the market with his/her team member to :
- Help them with sales closures
- Give on ground constructive feedback for improvement
- Keep their overall motivation levels high
Sales Administration :
- To drive CRM implementation within his team
- Making sure the revenue collections for the sales closed by team members is 100%
- To ensure the highest standards amongst his/her team with respect to integrity and commitment (high and intense effort levels)
- To maintain high levels of motivation across his/her team by consistently ensuring a high quality learning and professional experience and thus minimize attrition
- Execution of sales and marketing activities, CME programs, workshops etc.
- After-sales follow ups and co-ordination.
- Identifying, appointing, evaluating and managing dealers.
- Developing Key Opinion Leaders.
- Building trust and relationship management with customers, distributors and other partners.
- Ensuring that every customer is satisfied.
Requirements :
- Preferably an MBA from tier 1 institute with 8~12 years of sales experience.
- An ideal candidate has an experience in Sales of Medical Technology and Healthcare IT offerings to Physicians in primary care settings
- Currently leading a team of 15+ people
- A driver personality biased toward action, great collaborator constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal team and external customers
- Analytical frame of mind guided by design sensibilities
- Must be able to work in a start-up environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Loves to travel, meet people; willing to think out of the box for a new product.
- Good communication skills (Both speaking and written).
- Negotiation & Convincing skills.
- Good understanding and listening skills.
- Highly proactive and a self-starter with a fire to sell and aspiration to grow.
- Tech savvy and IT proficient.
