Sales Head - Heath Care Domain Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead and inspire a team of sales agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction - Keeping up to date with the business development and new product lines - Managing day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs - Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members - Use company methodology, team inputs, and own initiatives to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved - Create a performance-oriented culture - Keep up to date with any industry changes affecting the business and relaying this knowledge back to the management and team - Work with the management team to identify and deliver business efficiencies - Responsible for delivery of sales and conversion targets within agreed budgets, service levels and in accordance with overall company objectives - Support the Operations Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement - Evolution of Script to meet customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way - Maintaining all patient information into a CRM tool - Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Requirements : - Previous experience in a customer sales role selling high-value or involved products (health, education, travel, insurance) preferably healthcare or education - Previous start-up experience is a must - Track record of over-achieving targets - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with CRM systems, telephony systems and practices, and data entry skills - Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types - Ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time effectively and manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment - Ability to empathize with customers and build a relationship - Good sales skills and ability to work in high-pressure environment - Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, one regional language between Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada is good to have.
