1. The role will handle sales for the Gynecology division for India.
2. Will be responsible for sales to doctors/diagnostic centers for India.
3. Design & implement marketing activities such as camps, doctor's meets/ conferences, CME for enhancing brand awareness and visibility resulting in increased prescriptions & sales.
4. Identify and network with financially strong and reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach & ensuring profitability.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts,, medical fraternity, and opinion leaders.
6. Provide direction & support & motivation to field sales team for ensuring optimum performance.
7. Responsible for monitoring & training personnel and first & third line managers to deliver quality services in market-in line BU-objectives.
Candidate Profile:
1. Years of experience: 12 years - 22 years.
2. Excellent sales exposure to the Gynecology division.
3. Should have had successful product launches.
4. The strong track record for the last 3 years.
5. Must have shown consistent growth in his territory for the last 3-5 years.
6. A capability of scaling up the business from a regional to a Pan India presence.
