In partnership with the Co-Founders and CEO, your responsibilities include virtually every aspect of running global, including but not limited to organizational design, GTM strategy, management of operating metrics, deal flow, sales process and rules of engagement oversight. Responsibilities - Run day to day of sales operation, from lead to cash. - Lead, hire and build global organization to support operations functions, including org design, forecasting, territory and segmentation, metrics and analytics, sales productivity analysis and tracking, - Manage large, complex cross functional projects, including annual financial planning, organizational readiness, and system change management. - Have a voice in the strategy for Global Sales for next 5 years, including product and GTM. - Liase with key internal stakeholders from Product, Finance, Business Operations, Insights and others to provide support to GSO. - Provide input on P&amp;L and long range financial plan Basic Qualifications - 3+ years in leadership in or adjacent to a sales organization - 8+ years of business development experience (within IT, software, services, digital or e-commerce sectors) Preferred Qualifications - Be an inspirational, thoughtful compassionate leader with a great sense of talent - Be a master at execution and driving initiatives to completion - Track record of continual innovation - Extremely strong quantitative skills - Experience in the SAAS and internet industry - Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management - Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments. - Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making - MBA preferred but not needed
