Responsible for establishing, managing the retail consumer channels and achieve budgeted sales targets for Ghee, UHT and other products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve agreed targets of sales, collections and growth in the region
- Assign Sales and collection target to team members, monitor and control the same.
- Establish and service the distribution network to achieve the sales targets and responsible for relationship management with channel partners.
- Implement the business processes in the area of operation as per company policy.
- Implement defined credit policy, timely settlement of CSA/CFA/ Distributor claims.
- Implement of Marketing and Promotional programs, BTL activities in line with agreed Marketing plans.
- Ensure daily/ weekly reporting of team members and establish reporting structure from grass root level
- Implementation of systems and processes to enhance proximity to the customer and provide value added services
- Ensure motivated team to achieve business and individual growth
- Guide and coach the sales team to enable them to achieve the sales targets.
- Ensure timely feed back of competitor activity, market development, price variations and facilitate new product development and trials.
- Implement HR activities like hiring, performance review and training etc.
