Head - Sales - Furniture Retail

The Furniture Republic, Delhi's premier Furniture & Home Decor Retail Chain (www.tfrhome.com) is looking for an experienced Head of Sales.

Minimum 10+ years of Work experience in Sales only in Furniture / Home D'cor / Furnishings / Retail / Lifestyle / Hospitality industries is a must. Kindly don't apply otherwise.

KRAs are given below:

Overall responsibility for Sales - Own, Franchisee and B2B

- Store sale staff productivity monitoring, training and coaching

- Store VM & Look policy design, implementation & training

- Influencer (Architects, Interior designers etc.) sale generation & monitoring: through store employees and direct sales force

- Franchisee and wholesaler search, tie-up & business generation

- Management of Sale SOP, policies, partner commissions / terms etc.

Overall responsibility for Online business management:

- Tie-ups and business monitoring for own website and 3rd party sites

- Marketing calendar management for online business including Social Media

Overall responsibility for Marketing initiatives:

- Marketing calendar management & execution of ATL brand advertising, Direct B2B and B2C marketing, B2B and B2C exhibitions and fairs and Sale campaigns

HR & Admin:

- Hiring for Stores, Sales & Marketing teams

- Performance monitoring, training and career development of Sales team members
