- Drive the performance of sales effectiveness function in all its dimensions: processes, systems, organization, team management. Lead change.
- Development and deployment of creative BI reporting and analytic systems including incentive schemes to drive sales growth and sales force productivity.
- Partner with Sales & Marketing Heads to implement sales strategies in CRM & BI systems. Strategies include, but are not limited to targeting, sales force sizing, sales force effectiveness KPI's, incentive schemes.
- Participate in the incentive planning process to optimize its competitive.
- Provide regular monitoring & analysis of sales force activity.
