Roles and Responsibilities :
- This role will offer a talented and experienced head of speciality oils & fats sales industry professional the chance to develop their career with a leading food fat processing company. Candidates applying for the role should be entrepreneurial in nature, hard-working and initiative driven.
- Specialty oils & fats strategy and Business Plan.
- For product-wise Annual/Monthly Sales, Volumes & Value Growth to deliver budgeted margins from the Key Accounts.
- Sales and Distribution Strategy Management
- Executes the Global Channel / customer business plan.
- Build and maintain business relationship with key account decision makers.
- Working closely with development teams to introduce new products / new applications with customers.
- Advisory role to highlight key benefits of our products and how they deliver on the needs of the customer and in doing so, add value.
- Help higher management work on overcoming objections for benefiting future negotiation strategy.
- KPIs; New Accounts, Sales, Budget, Volume and Margin achievement, Key account customer relationship and service level in term of order fulfilment and complaint handling, Forecast efficiency & discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Have at least 10+ years of experience in similar role with any Speciality Fats/Palm Oil/Food Ingredient Company
- MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Knowledge of International and Domestic markets preferred.
- Consumer Behaviour B2B and B2C
- Strong negotiation, influencing skills and ability to leverage purchasing opportunities across a large organization.
- Strong understanding of speciality oils and fats Industry
- Good communication skills.
- Currently based in / or willing to relocate to Raipur -Chattisgarh
