Sales Head- North India
Responsibilities of Head - Zonal Vice President- North:
- Plan, Strategize and implement GTM and channel programme for North India for general trade & modern trade.
- Translate strategy / plans into financial impact through effective management of sales and distribution for categories / product line.
- Build and monitor strong Partner Network / distribution to ensure efficiency of sales operations across region.
- To facilitate the Sales team for achievement of Annual Business Plan (ABP), increase in distribution, visibility, and market share.
- Sourcing stock and negotiating the best deals with suppliers and vendors. Conducting stock inspections in a timely manner and reporting any issues to the relevant parties.
- Analyze Stock Movement based on the secondary sales and help them in their inventory planning.
- Regularly up-date on sales trends
- Regularly up-date on the market developments, opportunities and competition
