Urgently looking for Sales Head - North for FMCG

Location : North India

Reports to : National Sales Head

Experience : 10 - 20 years of experience of which 10 - 15 years in FMCG sales

Key Stakeholders : Zonal sales Manager, Regional sales manager, Sales, General Trade, Marketing

CTC can go up to the 50 Lacs depends upon current CTC

Brief JD :

- To take complete ownership for the sales volumes, profitability and growth in each segment - Consumer Products & Institutional

- Develop and implement go-to-market strategy with regards to targets to achieve goal

- Allocate budgets and plan for expanding market and improving market share

- Achieve stability in the consumer products space through volumes and profit margins
