JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Heading the sales functions for all product (personal care).
- Works closely with Team to maximize growth potential and business that exist for the range handled by the company
- Ensure distributor hygiene is maintained across all the states
- Deliver Business goals in line with AOP covering parameters of Volume, Value, Spends, Margins, and Shares.
- Create a futuristic Modern Trade Strategy blueprint covering all areas such as Account Management, Sales, Category Management, Budget Ownership and Sales Processes
- Devise and deploy a cost-effective Route to Market in order to provide optimal service levels to all customers
- The head will be responsible for managing & driving the overall business growth & profitability of the retail outlets - PAN India. This role holder will work closely with MT team to drive specific brand portfolio/new product growth within the Modern Trade channel while helping achieve company goal.
