Head - Sales - FMCG

We are currently looking for FMCG - Sales Head Bangladesh

- Head of Sales to scale up & grow the Business in Bangladesh Markets - across all channels

- Experience In handling FMCG Business in Bangladesh Country is Must.

- This role will be responsible for Growing FMCG Business & enhancing the Distribution network in Bangladesh Markets.

- Opening up new channels & markets to increase market size and growing revenue.

- Managing all Key Sales Channels - General Trade, Modern Trade Channel & Institutional Channel etc

- Building National & Regional Key Accounts

- Managing & enhancing Supply Chain & Distribution

- Contribute to the development and execution of customer & sales strategies to grow the Portfolio

- Support key stakeholders with analysis & market intelligence to create strong long and short-term sales strategies.

- Prepare & analyze sales forecasts to deliver accurate volume projections and help with the management of the supply chain relationships within the independent channel

- Effective management of trade spend activity

- Driving the Sales Team & mentoring them.
