- National Distribution & Channel Management

- Team Management

- Strategic Planning

- Budget Management

- Profit Centre Operations Management

- Training & Development of both channels team and the Channel partners

- Responsible for new business and for achieving revenue targets.

- Develop & implement strategies and tactics that drive top line and profitable growth through multiple distribution channel partners.

- Managing people and ensuring lesser attrition.

- Grow Business Pan India and increase Market Share.

- Implementation of segment specific strategies for the business field.

- Identify, evaluate & validate channel partners, build, support and manage channels.

- Manage the deployment of marketing programs directed at attracting and sustaining business.

EDUCATION:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) and (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization)

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

- Excellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner including presentations.
