Client Details

Our client is a Leading Indian wine company that has a portfolio of fine beverages. They are focused on deepening their brand footprint in Mumbai. They have been growing rapidly and need a strong Sales Head Mumbai to fuel and sustain the growth for the area

Description

- Finalize brand & state-wise Sales & Distribution annual plans & propose budget for approval

- Ensure monthly Sales targets are assigned to the sales team

- Review and keep track of monthly sales targets

- Introduce schemes & effective implementation using available trade marketing

- Keep track of weekly performance

- Oversee and resolve delivery issues from winery/warehouse to distributors and institutions

- Overseeing Debit notes and tracking of all expenses

- Provide on-going information to the sales team regarding the change in thrust brands, expenses, schemes, excise duties etc.

- Keep on-going strong relationships with existing and potential F&B managers and distributors

- Keep F&B Managers and Distributors abreast with new launches and related strategies

- Direct Tastings inquiries to Marketing & Tastings person

- Increase brands awareness related to events, wine fairs, and networks

- Ensure all compliance like label registration cost, EVF C forms are complied with

- Oversee and track Trade Marketing activities in area and the performance

- Keep a close track of competitors activities and review

Profile

- 12-15 years of experience in the related field

- Food & Beverage or Alco Bev experience preferred
