Urgently looking for a Sales Head with a leading FMCG MNC based in North India.

Experience : 11 to 20 years in Sales Planning, Distribution management, Channel Sales, Modern Trade.

Essential Qualification : MBA from tier 1/tier 2 or Reputed Institute.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage change and develop people

- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Exposure of working in multiple geographies

CTC can go upto 50- 60 Lacs based on current CTC.
