- Assess sales potential of region and formulate sales plan accordingly.

- Ensuring monthly targets are rolled out to team and monitoring them regularly and working with them in market.

- Interact with Key Customers monthly to understand and provide solutions.

- Activating new dealers to ensure retail coverage.

- Training the sales team on cold calls and product knowledge periodically.
