Responsibilities :
- Heading sales on a national level and to deliver on the business plan in line with the growth aspiration of the organization
- Responsible for planning and achieving monthly sales target for all geographies
- Study the market and proactively keep track of competition products, pricing, key activities and new launches through market contact plans for self and team
- Identify and effectively implement key initiatives in the areas of Market Development, Distribution Expansion and Sales Operations
- Design and implement key performance metrics for the team for driving business performance and having the analytical approach towards periodic review of team on these leading and lagging indicators
- To work towards building and nurturing a performance driven sales team
- Drive capability building initiatives for the Front-Line Sales Force and Sales Executives through training programs on Product Knowledge, Selling Skills and others
Preferred Candidate :
- Seasoned sales professionals with experience of working with D2C brands or new age start-ups.
- Must be adept at sales and distribution planning and should have team management experience.
- Ability to work well and grow at a fast pace environment.
