This company is an asset backed online lending start up, which is disrupting the traditional brick-and-mortar lending model. With substantial funding from leading PE investors, its headquartered in Bengaluru with offices in Chennai and Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Looking for a dynamic Sales Head who is ready to take the next step and lead the sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies with a focus on end user selling

- Build and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the sales department

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs

- Liaise with Marketing and Product departments to ensure brand strategy consistency

- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Qualifications

- 7-9 years- experience in sales (preferably with a large MNC or consumer internet start-up)

- MBA, strong educational background (from a top 25 MBA college)

- Analytical and data driven problem solver

- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
