Our client is a fin - tech start-up in the data analytics space working with some of the biggest players in the Indian BFSI sector. It was founded by experienced entrepreneurs with past experience of building and selling a data analytics company to the biggest e - commerce player in India.
It is India's first company focused on reducing frauds & defaults in credit applications using its proven expertise in the machine learning technology. They provide real time, high-tech analytics solutions to financial institutions to enable them to take better decisions for customer acquisition, underwriting and collections.
They are looking for a Head of Sales position.
Job Description
- Managing relationship with Banks and Financial institutions and cracking high revenue accounts
- Cracking and managing large national accounts by implementing right strategy.
- Motivating and monitoring the complete team and helping them to achieve the overall
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities of partnership and alliances with various companies
- Working on strategies for retention's and referrals to increase company revenue
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
Ideal Candidate
- You would have worked in B2B sales profile for banks and financial institutions
- You would have had experience in Credit Bureau Sales or Sales in Fin- tech companies
- You would have handled a team in your previous role
- You would have 10-15 years of sales experience in the BFSI sector
- An MBA from a top tier school
